Website terms of use
These Terms apply to your access to and use of nizamix.com and its related website pages provided under the Nizamix brand.
1. Purpose and scope
The website provides information about the Nizamix platform and its products and lets you submit an inquiry, quotation request, implementation request or support request. No account is required to use the public pages.
Website content is general information, not a binding offer or a guarantee of functionality, availability, price, timeline or service level. Those items become binding only when expressly included in an accepted proposal or agreement. That document will also identify the contracting entity, governing law and dispute-resolution terms.
These Terms do not limit mandatory rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
2. Acceptable use
- Provide accurate, current information when submitting a form, and do not submit another person’s data unless you have appropriate authority.
- Do not use the website for unlawful, fraudulent or harmful activity or to infringe another person’s rights.
- Do not attempt to bypass security controls, disrupt the website, introduce malicious code or send excessive automated requests.
3. Intellectual property
Text, graphics, logos, interface design, software and other website materials are owned by or licensed to their respective rights holders. You may view and print them only for your internal business evaluation. Using the website does not grant you any right in the Nizamix brand or other intellectual property.
4. Availability, content and third-party services
We take reasonable care to keep the website accurate, secure and available, but content may change and access may be interrupted. Confirm current requirements, capabilities and integrations in your proposal or agreement before relying on them.
The website may link to or rely on third-party services. Those services are subject to their providers’ own terms and privacy notices, and we do not control their content or availability.
5. Disclaimers and liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the website is provided as available and without implied warranties that its content is complete or suitable for a particular purpose. We do not exclude or limit liability where doing so would be unlawful. Any liability relating to a paid product or service is governed by the relevant agreement.
6. Changes
We may update the website and these Terms. The revision date appears at the top of this section. We will provide additional notice where applicable law requires it for a material change.
7. Contact
Questions about these Terms may be sent to hello@nizamix.com.

Privacy notice
This notice explains how personal data is collected, used, shared and protected when you visit the Nizamix website or submit a form. The party responsible for your request is the Nizamix entity identified in the relevant proposal or agreement. Before such a document is issued, the privacy contact is hello@nizamix.com.
1. Data we collect
Depending on the form you use, we may collect:
- the request type and the Nizamix product you are interested in;
- your name, company name, telephone number, email address and message;
- the source page, page title, language and UTM campaign parameters when present in the URL;
- the consent record and notice version, a unique request identifier, the time received and delivery status; and
- standard technical information in access and security logs, which may include an IP address, browser type, request time and requested path.
The website uses browser local storage to remember your language preference. As of the date of this notice, the public website does not use advertising or behavioural-analytics cookies.
2. Why we use data and the associated grounds
- to respond to inquiries, arrange demonstrations or consultations, prepare quotations or plan implementation work, and provide requested support;
- to route the request to the appropriate sales or support team and communicate with you about it;
- to protect the website, prevent abuse, validate requests and retry delivery if a notification channel fails; and
- to maintain an accurate consent and request record and meet applicable legal and contractual obligations.
A form is submitted only after you select the consent checkbox. Depending on the context and applicable law, processing may also be necessary to take steps at your request before a contract, perform an agreement, comply with a legal obligation, or pursue legitimate interests in website security and request administration.
3. Who may receive the data
We limit access to people and organisations that need the data for the purposes described above. Recipient categories may include:
- website, server and infrastructure hosting providers;
- email services and designated sales or support team members;
- a customer relationship management platform via a secure API connection, if the CRM integration is enabled;
- technical or security service providers and professional advisers acting under confidentiality obligations; and
- authorities or other parties where required by law or necessary to protect legal rights.
Some recipients may be located in a different country from you. Where required, appropriate transfer safeguards are used, and you may ask us for information about them.
4. Retention
We retain request data no longer than reasonably necessary to respond, manage the business or support relationship, maintain security and consent records, meet applicable legal, accounting or contractual requirements and resolve disputes. The actual period depends on the request, any subsequent agreement and applicable legal requirements. You may ask for information about the period applied to your request.
5. How we protect data
We use technical and organisational measures proportionate to the data, including encrypted transport, strict form-field and request-size validation, access controls, restricted server-side storage, encrypted email transport, and authentication or tokens for configured integrations. No online service can guarantee absolute security.
6. Your rights
Depending on the law applicable to you, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability, object to certain processing, withdraw consent and complain to the competent data-protection authority. We may need to verify your identity before acting. Withdrawal does not affect earlier lawful processing, and some data may be retained where the law permits or requires it.
7. Children and changes
The website is intended for business users, not children, and we do not knowingly collect children’s data through the business forms. We may update this notice to reflect changes in the website, processing or legal requirements and will revise the date above.
8. Privacy contact
To exercise your rights or ask a privacy question, email hello@nizamix.com. Please use “Privacy request” in the subject line and describe your request and the data concerned.

Data processing and form consent
This section applies when you select the consent checkbox and submit a form on nizamix.com. It should be read together with the Privacy Notice above.
1. What you consent to
You consent to the collection, use and storage of the form data for the purposes connected with your request and described in the Privacy Notice. This includes contacting you, routing the request to sales or support, preparing a proposal, or responding to an implementation or support request.
2. Processing operations
Processing may include collection, recording, organisation, storage, validation, retrieval, use, transmission to authorised recipients, restriction, updating and deletion. An accepted request is first saved as a restricted server-side record, then may be notified through encrypted email and/or a configured CRM system. Delivery status is recorded so failed notifications can be retried without losing the request.
3. Your choice and responsibility
Consent is voluntary, but a website form cannot be submitted without it because contact data must be processed to answer the request. Do not provide special-category personal data or unnecessary confidential information. If you submit another person’s data, you confirm that you have appropriate authority to do so.
4. Withdrawing consent
You may withdraw consent at any time by emailing hello@nizamix.com. After withdrawal, consent-based processing will stop unless another lawful ground or retention obligation applies. Withdrawal does not affect processing lawfully completed before it was received.
5. Automated decisions
The website forms do not currently use solely automated decision-making that produces legal or similarly significant effects for you. Automated checks are used only to validate requests, prevent abuse and route delivery.
Privacy and data contact: hello@nizamix.com
The contracting entity and service-specific legal terms will be identified in the proposal or agreement provided for your request.
